Spring Fest ‘10
Spring Fest ‘10 is a DJ Dance hosted by Student Involvement on April 1, 2010 from 8 p.m. to midnight. The dance will take place in the Great Plains Room in the Nebraska East Union. Bring some friends and be ready for a great night of dancing!
First Annual Iron Chef Competition
Campus NightLife invites you and your friends to enter the first annual Iron Chef Competition. Contestants can either enter the Veggie or Protein category, with a first place prize awarded in each category. Applications are due March 12, 2010. Find out more

Women’s Week, coordinated by the Women’s Center, begins a series of educational and entertaining events this March. Attraction Man
Campus NightLife present Ryan Clauson, the Attraction Man. Clauson will give a talk on how to attract the person of your dreams on Thursday, February 25, 2010, at 8 p.m. in the Nebraska Union Ballroom. After the talk there will be a newly-wed like game. A photo booth will also be available for couple portraits. FREE with valid student NCard.
Bowling League
The UNL Bowling League takes place each spring semester at Lanes ‘N Games in the Nebraska East Union. UNL Students are invited to join the league by forming teams of five. The league meets on Thursday nights for eight weeks beginning in January and ending just prior to Spring Break. Find out more.
2010 UNL Tax Credit Campaign
Come join the nation in the charge against poverty. In conjunction with the Lincoln Family Economic Security Partnership Coalition, UNL will be preparing low-income, working families' and students' taxes for free!. Find out more.
Alternative Spring Break
Students are asked to choose their destinations and the issues they want to address. The 2010 Alternative Spring Break Trip has three choices of destination: Denver, CO; Kansas City, MO; and San Antonio, TX. Find out more and apply.
The Big Event 2010
The Big Event aims to give back to local communities through one large day of service. At the University of Nebraska-Lincoln more than 2,000 students, faculty, and staff are expected to volunteer and give thanks to Lincoln this spring as part of The Big Event. The Student Impact Awards, to be held on April 6, 2010, at the Nebraska Union, will honor outstanding students in all areas of leadership on campus. Recognized Student Organizations (RSOs) have an opportunity to honor their members, officers and advisors. Find out more.

Chancellor's Awards for Outstanding Contributions to the GLBT Community
Nominations are being sought for the 2010 Chancellor's Awards for Outstanding
Contributions to the Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender Community at UNL. The
award recognizes outstanding efforts by an individual or an organization to create an
inclusive, respectful and safe climate for gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender people at
the University.
The awards will be presented by Chancellor Harvey Perlman at a reception and
ceremony at 3:30 p.m. on April 9, 2010 in the Nebraska Union. Find out more.
